Kimura’s Kitchen online classes are designed for people who want a real cooking experience at home, with direct guidance from an experienced professional chef.

You cook live with Joe, ask questions as you go, and receive personal guidance throughout the session.

Classes are held in English. French may be available upon request.

This is a live, one-to-one experience with an award-winning chef specialising in Japanese cuisine.

Joe Kimura has trained and worked in professional kitchens in Japan, London and Europe, with experience across sushi, ramen, robata, pastry and traditional Japanese cooking.

You are not following a generic video. You are being guided personally, step by step, by a chef who understands technique, timing and detail.

You buy the ingredients, I guide you personally

To keep the classes flexible and available internationally, ingredients are not shipped.

After booking, you receive clear guidance on what to buy, how to prepare, and what equipment you need.

If you need help sourcing ingredients, you can ask questions by WhatsApp or email before the class.

This keeps the experience practical, personal and easier to arrange wherever you are.
