About the Chef
Joe Kimura is an award-winning Japanese cuisine specialist with experience across Japan and Europe. His work spans restaurant kitchens, private dining, and structured culinary instruction for international clients.
Joe Kimura also delivers private sushi experiences and advanced culinary instruction through a separate platform.
Optional Additions
Joe Kimura’s published cookbook can be included as part of the experience or offered as a lasting gift for your team or clients, a continuation of the techniques and principles explored during the workshop.
