Class Description

Chocolates may not be the first thing you associate with Japanese cuisine, but the Japanese have adopted chocolate making with a frenzy! Japan frequently wins the world chocolate championships and Patisserie contests. In Hokkaido, the far north of Japan, they have a special way of making chocolates called 'Nama Chokoretto' that we will cover in this class. This cooking session is split into 2 x 1.5hr sessions, so you have time to learn and perfect chocolate making. Before the class you will receive the list of ingredients and equipment needed for the class. Most ingredients can easily be found in large supermarkets or Asian grocery stores. All our beginner classes are designed for home cooks and you will most likely have all the equipment already in your kitchen. You can be up to 4 people on 1 device in this class.
