Welcome to Kimura’s Kitchen! By booking a class, buying a cookbook, or treating someone to a gift card, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Nothing scary—we just like things to be clear, fair, and noodle-friendly.

You can cancel any class up to 48 hours before the start time and get a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, we won’t be able to refund you—we’ve already bought the fresh ingredients and started prepping! You can read the full details in our Refund Policy.

If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your booking to someone else up to 24 hours before class. Just let us know at info@kimuraskitchen.com.

We love our students — even if it’s just one of you! In most cases, we’ll run the class regardless of numbers. But sometimes, especially when premium ingredients or special equipment are involved, we do need a minimum number of participants. If that’s the case and the class can’t go ahead, we’ll let you know at least 48 hours in advance and offer a full refund or the chance to reschedule. We’ll always do our best to make it work!

Cookbooks, aprons, and other goodies ship out within 5–7 business days for domestic orders. If you’re outside France, shipping might take a bit longer. Any customs fees or taxes? Those are up to the recipient.

Everything you see and learn at Kimura’s Kitchen — including our classes, recipes, techniques, and materials — is the result of over 20 years of professional culinary experience and 3 years of dedicated work crafting our cookbook and course content. All of it is protected by copyright and belongs to Kimura’s Kitchen. That means you’re welcome to enjoy it, use it at home, and share your delicious results with friends — but you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or teach this material as your own, in whole or in part, without explicit permission. We appreciate your respect for the work that went into building this experience.

Make sure your internet and setup are ready to roll before the class starts, as well as laptop, phone, and headset batteries charged. If something goes wrong on your end, we’ll try to help—but we can’t guarantee a redo or refund.

Our recipes may contain or come into contact with common allergens like wheat, soy, sesame, or peanuts. Please cook responsibly and adjust to suit your needs. We are happy to adapt recipes to suit your requirements if time permits, but please contact us ahead of time to arrange this at info@kimuraskitchen.com.

We may occasionally tweak a recipe, update a class format, pricing, change duration, or add new flavors. Flexibility keeps things delicious.

Gift cards are non-refundable (they’re, well… gifts!). But don’t worry—they never expire and are valid as long as Kimura’s Kitchen is around.
