Why not try a teambuilding cooking class this year, to bring your team together? Cooking is a great way to have fun and relax, especially with a few Japanese  beers and sake along the way. I offer 2 types of team cooking classes, ramen or sushi, and both can be arranged at your own location.

Ramen is a Japanese dish that has rapidly gained  popularity all over the world, thanks to it's bold flavours and versatility, as well as being the ultimate heart warming soul food. It's Japan's version of fast food, and it can be found all over the country with many exciting regional versions. I will show you how to make Shoyu and Miso ramen in the class. And what could be more suited to the Nordic climate, than a steaming hot bowl of wheat noodles, drenched in an umami rich broth, and topped with delicious marinated meat and vegetables...


This class is available anywhere in Zealand, Denmark.

In my teambuilding classes you have nothing to prepare, I bring all ingredients and equipment out to you. You simply need a little space in your fridge and some wine glasses. Everything else I take care of, and will transform your kitchen into a taste of Japan for a day. I believe people learn best when relaxed and enjoying themselves, and that's why these classes create a better atmosphere than any other style of cooking class. The classes last about 4 hours, and I will give you lots of stories and cultural background to the food, and guide you through everything made from scratch, including stocks and sauces. All classes include Japanese beers and a sake tasting.


You can also book these classes at my location instead, if you do not have a kitchen available, in either Copenhagen or Kalundborg.

Sushi requires no introduction, and it's usually the first thing people associate with Japanese cuisine. What many people don't know however, is that the sushi in Japan is very different to what we usually find here in the West. My aim is to show you how the Japanese approach sushi, and in the class we will make everything from scratch. I use fresh wasabi stems in the sushi classes, which is rare even in the top restaurants outside Japan, to give you the most authentic experience. I am certified by the All Japan Sushi Association, and have previously participated in the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo.
